Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and sponsored athlete. At the age of 16, she started competing in fitness competitions following the end of gymnastics. In 2017, she was 17 years old when she earned her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. When she was 16, she began competing in fitness competitions after quitting gymnastics. Within a single year, she earned her pro card at 17 years old. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest. Ariel had a break of six years from performing after earning her professional card in order to further her education. In 2015, she returned to the stage and carried on from the point where she had left participating in some of the most prestigious contests like The Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. After winning her first competition, she competed several more years setting new goals. At the end 2009, she had won four additional fitness titles. She also became one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all time (age 17) by winning the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. When she earned her Pro Card, Ariel was able to take a break of six years from competing so she could finish her college degree. In October 2015 Ariel made her return to the sport with her IFBB Fitness Professional debut at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. She came in third at the competition. In summer 2016, she took the first prize at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. She was then qualified for the Fitness Olympia. She stepped on the Olympia stage after three months, taking home 6th place in the Fitness Division. Ariel admits she had no expectations. The athlete was satisfied about her position. The competition was among the top athletes. Ariel's physique is improving every year. Ariel is a fan of working on the lower part of her back. The typical back exercise she does is comprised of bent over rowing, single-arm lat pull-downs, using a machine, pull-ups and seated rows. Ariel usually starts warming up before moving onto the sets for working. Ariel also likes to make the most of her time. Her back exercise routine is comprised of 3 or more supersets, each comprising 10-12 repetitions.
