Cynthia Louise Bissett was the Vice Director of Verizon's Mobile Network. Her father was businessman Joseph Anthony Germanotta Jr. Director of an internet network business. Her birthplace was and is as a Catholic in Manhattan's Upper East Side. For this reason her parents enrolled her in the Convent of the Sacred Heart which is a prestigious and exclusive school. When she was little she was an avid music fan. She learned how to play piano at a very early age and composed her first song of original composition at the age of thirteen. After completing high school, she attended at the Tisch School of Art at New York University to study music. However, she did not finish her education. Instead she began her music career.
